    ORIGINAL HOT YOGA

    Our core offering is OHY. This classic form of yoga has been practiced for thousands of years and is designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, and mental clarity. Our experienced instructors will guide you through a series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises in a room heated to 105°F, providing a challenging workout that will leave you feeling energized and refreshed.
